OUR FOUNDER & CEO
Founded in 2009 by Hayley Skinner, The SunKISSED Girls Worldwide began with a simple vision: to provide Queensland with a premium team of professional promotional models. Over the years, the brand became known for delivering exceptional talent across product promotions, event activations, special appearances, competitions, calendar productions, and brand campaigns, establishing itself as a respected name within the industry.
As the world changed, so did Hayley’s vision. During the COVID-19 pandemic and the temporary pause of the events industry, she embarked on a profound journey of personal growth, self-discovery, and transformation. This period inspired a renewed sense of purpose and a desire to create something that aligned more deeply with her evolving values and passion for empowering women.
Returning with a fresh perspective, Hayley reimagined the future of the brand. Shifting away from events and promotions, she entered the beauty and tanning industry with a vision to create more than just tanning products — she wanted to build a lifestyle brand centred on confidence, self-worth, and empowerment.
This evolution gave rise to The Sunkissed Collective, a modern luxury tanning and beauty brand dedicated to helping women feel radiant, confident, and unapologetically themselves. Since 2008, Hayley Skinner has had passion for entrepreneurship, creativity, and building meaningful connections. Her journey began in the modelling and promotional industry, where she quickly recognised an opportunity to create something of her own.
In 2009, Hayley brought an idea to Ashley — a vision for a brand that would become The SunKISSED Girls. With Ashley's belief in the concept and a shared commitment to bringing it to life, they booked their very first shift and began building the business from the ground up.
What started as a small venture soon grew into a recognised brand, driven by years of dedication, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Together, they have navigated industry changes, embraced new opportunities, and continually evolved both personally and professionally.
Today, as the brand enters a new chapter as The Sunkissed Collective, Hayley and Ashley remain focused on the future. United by a shared vision, they are committed to elevating the brand, expanding its reach, and creating a lasting legacy built on confidence, community, and modern luxury.
